Who do you work with? Do I have to be an athlete to work with you?

Choosing a coach is deeply personal. I can’t promise quick fixes or pretend to have all the answers. What I bring is lived experience, 14 years as a professional athlete, deep curiosity, honest feedback, and a commitment to helping you become the person capable of creating the life you want.

I also have experience working with the world’s most elite coaches, therapists, and performance psychologists.
